Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Free shipping may apply for orders over $100.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered.”
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or email us at support@harazitech.com and we’ll assist where possible.


↩️ Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


Eligible Items

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Final sale items are not eligible for returns.


Return Process

  1. Email us at returns@harazitech.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, contact us for an exchange. We’ll reserve the item for you once your return is started.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.
